3. Design ideas

In the banquet hall, music, singing, dancing, dining, and watching performances become the main body of entertainment activities, and lighting is in a subordinate position. Through changes in light intensity, color, and beam shape, light assists sound, coordinates sound and light, and blends scenes, allowing people to immerse themselves in an ocean of sound, light, and electricity, thereby enjoying the beauty of art. Many changes in lighting must be carried out according to the rhythm of the music, otherwise it will have the opposite effect, diluting the beautiful atmosphere in the banquet hall and destroying the happy scene. Achieving scalability and maintainability is the biggest pursuit of lighting systems. In view of the continuous development of banquet hall lighting needs, this solution has reserved space for future upgrade management of the system during the design, and has taken into account the commonality and compatibility with other users’ equipment. System maintenance is to extend the reliability of the service life of the entire system, which accounts for the largest proportion in the system life cycle. 4. Instructions for lamp position layout

Advanced and reasonable lighting system configuration, equipped with lamps and equipment with the highest level of modern technology, are the prerequisites to ensure that the overall design goals of the stage lighting system can be achieved. The reasonable configuration of lamps and lamp positions is an important symbol that fully reflects the level of lighting design. The stage lighting positions are arranged in an all-round three-dimensional distribution. Surface light, side light, top light, backlight, chasing light and other areas form an all-round lighting array. There are light distribution points in each part of the stage to eliminate dead zones and can be flexible and changeable. Mix as needed.

(1) Surface light design configuration

As the main light on the front of the stage, the surface light is mainly used to illuminate the front area of the stage, playing a role in front lighting for the performers on the stage, for character modeling or to make the objects on the stage present a three-dimensional effect. In this design plan, COB surface lights are used, and the lighting is arranged according to the light projection distance to ensure that the surface light projection effect is achieved, the light spot is uniform, and the illumination is consistent.

(2) Toplight and backlight design configuration

The top light is set up above the stage every 2.0 meters. The power supply hangs down from the stage ceiling through multi-core cables. The lamps are hung under the light boom. Their function is to provide necessary lighting for the deep performance space of the stage. The light includes forward light and backlight, which can be overlapped on the same light pole, and the lamps can be configured according to the needs of the performance.

Arrangement and projection method of lamps:

The first top light connects with the surface light to illuminate the starring area. Pay attention to the height of the characters when connecting. You can use the first top light position as a fixed point light and select some lamps to enhance the lighting of the fulcrum of the performance area; the second to third lights According to the needs of the plot, the path can be projected directly behind the stage, vertically downward, or forward as a backlight; thereby enhancing the lighting of the stage characters and scenery space. The front and rear lights are connected to achieve relatively uniform color and brightness in the stage performance area.

(3) Side light design configuration

The function of side light is to create a sense of direction of the light source from the side of the stage, creating a sense of hierarchy and three-dimensionality for the actors in the starring area. It can be used as auxiliary lighting to illuminate the actor’s face, and can enhance the level of the scene to render the characters and the stage space environment. Factors such as the angle, direction, distance of the light, type of lamp, power, etc. will all cause various side lighting effects.

The shooting distance of the side light is from near to far, and the light projection angle is from near to far. There are many changes. The modeling light from one side or both sides can emphasize and highlight the outline of the side, which is suitable for expressing reliefs, figures and other volumetric objects. Effect. Unilateral light can show a strong contrast between yin and yang. Bilateral light can express splint light with personalized characteristics, but the light ratio of the front auxiliary light and the side light needs to be adjusted to obtain a more complete modeling effect.

(4) Follow spotlight configuration instructions

Lamps designed based on the principles of optical imaging and zoom have functions such as changing the size, color, light and shade, virtual reality, etc. of the aperture. During the performance, they are installed on a special bracket to follow the movement of the actors and at the same time enhance the lighting brightness to increase the audience’s attention. It can be set up in various positions in the performance theater space to achieve partial lighting effects on the actor’s half body, whole body, long distance and small range. Sometimes, light chasing can also be used to express abstract and illusory stage plots. Follow-up light configuration: remote and efficient 880-watt follow-up light.

(5) Stage floor effect design and configuration

In order to better express the dynamic effect of the performance, a moving-head beam light was designed. In order to simulate the real scene of nature, two stage mist machines were set up on the stage to embellish and enhance the atmosphere. We use a professional console to give full play to the performance of these lights and try to make the stage lighting more colorful to achieve colorful visual effects.
